We provided Software Development and used Web Maps to create a spatial visualization and teaching platform for the Caribbean Digital Scholarship Collective.

The centerpiece of this project is a map visualization depicting the movements and intersections of significant cultural actors from within the 20th century Afro-Atlantic world.
Hosting
"In the Same Boats" was developed using minimal computing techniques. There is no server software. For hosting, we utilized GitHub Pages as a free hosting solution.
Software Development
Performant worked with the existing open-source codebase and made improvements to the technology, as well as refactoring for clarity and better maintainability.
